Mercedes-Benz uses its own key and immobiliser technology, and it has changed significantly over the Sprinter's life. That is why our Sprinter coverage is defined precisely rather than covering every van with the badge.
Lost Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keys
If a Sprinter within our coverage has lost its keys, send the registration, year, location and any key details you have. We will check compatibility before arranging a visit — and tell you if it is outside what we do.
Spare Sprinter keys
If you still have a working key for a qualifying Sprinter, adding a spare is worth considering, especially on a van used by several drivers.
