Privacy information

This website is operated by Eastleigh Van Keys. When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, contact details, the van's location, registration, make and model, and whether you have a working key.

How we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, confirm whether we can help with your van and arrange any visit. We do not sell your information.

Proof of ownership

Before producing a key we may view ownership documents. These are checked to confirm you are entitled to a key for the vehicle.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details on our contact page.
